The pot magnet is a permanent magnet installed in a steel shell, and the core advantage of the magnetic component lies in its unique magnetic circuit design. The cleverness of this design lies in the fact that the steel shell not only serves to protect the magnet, but more importantly, it can guide and concentrate magnetic field lines, allowing the magnetic field strength to reach its maximum value at the contact surface. Compared to bare magnets, actual test data shows that pot magnets made of the same magnetic material typically have a suction force 3-5 times higher than bare magnets.
The steel shell of the pot magnet provides comprehensive mechanical protection for the internal permanent magnet, effectively preventing damage to the magnet during use.
