Initial Shaping: Using advanced wire cutting and drilling techniques, we precisely shape the raw material into any geometry you require, from standard discs, blocks, and rings to complex arc segments and custom profiles.

Precision Grinding: Through a sophisticated precision grinding process, we achieve exceptionally tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring a perfect fit for your most sensitive and demanding applications.

Finishing & Cleaning: Every magnet is carefully deburred to remove sharp edges, ensuring safe handling and seamless assembly. Following this, each part undergoes an ultrasonic cleaning bath to eliminate any residual oils or contaminants, guaranteeing a pristine surface for coating.

Surface Treatment: We offer a comprehensive range of protective coatings, including Zinc (Zn), Nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni), and Epoxy, to enhance corrosion resistance and mechanical durability, enabling performance in even the harshest environments.

Magnetization & Final Inspection: Once all machining and coating are complete, the magnets are magnetized to their full potential. Every batch then undergoes rigorous testing for magnetic properties, dimensions, and appearance before being securely packaged for delivery.
